In November, four speakers delivered powerful messages about the Economics of Mutuality to associates at Mars, Incorporated in Slough, United Kingdom. The session was also live-streamed globally to Mars sites around the world.

As part of the Mars Talks series on Innovation, the aim was to inspire and promote an innovation mindset amongst associates at Mars. The format used for Mars Talks is the same as TED Talks.

Bruce Simpson, the event organiser, said, ‘We want to continue to spark the innovation mindset and, through these talks, we see an opportunity… to gain new insights and perspectives that we can bring to our customers.’
